Thank you for joining us for this special celebration of Frida Kahlo. Below you will find everything you need to know for sharing and promoting the event. Every contribution to these marketing efforts will help ensure the maximum exposure and potential sales for all participants. We also hope you will be able to join us on Saturday to speak about your work. Each artist will have up to 2 minutes to share about their intentions and process.

If you were not able to attend Tuesday's walkthrough, we recorded the session so you can check your information listed with your pieces.  We are giving you some extra time to check for necessary edits as well:

-Any edits you find may be submitted via email at [email protected]. 
-Please use subject line "Attn: Exhibition Edit". 
-Please submit your edits by 12pm NOON PACIFIC on Friday, July 9.

Saturday, July 10th - Exhibition Opening
2pm PST/ 5m EST/ 11pm CET/ 7am AEST +1

The exhibition opening will be LIVE on Facebook from the Vision Train Facebook page and will last at least 2 hours.
After a brief introduction and short presentation about Frida, we will tour the exhibit with participating artists sharing about what inspired their work. 

We are excited about a special live performance by Mexican musician Karen Y Los Remedios @karenylosremedios ! Please tag her as well when sharing about the show :)

For this event, we welcome you to share the stream info in your posts, stories, and newsletters ahead of time so your friends, family, and fans know to tune in!  Since this event is going to be streamed, we ask that you not invite extra guests to the Zoom call.  Also, it is better for the algorithm if they watch the live stream on the Vision Train's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/visiontrainstation

Marketing Tips

Collectively we can contribute to the content creation process and spreading the word. 
 
1. Update your profile picture using the promotional graphics above, or a detail of your own painting.

We suggest sharing details or time-lapses of your piece but waiting to post the full painting till the day of the show.

3. Contribute to Facebook Event Activity

• Build hype in the feed by posting about your excitement or whose piece you are looking forward to seeing most.

• Join groups that might be interested in the exhibition. 
• Art groups.
