​Vision Train Crew are invited to submit 1-3 Artworks priced under $1000 for our online 4 Year Anniversary Auction!
The Art Market is curated, so submitting work does not guarantee participation.
'Vision Train Crew' is defined by artists that have been active members or contributors to the space.
To support the Vision Train expanding into new frontiers,
this auction is only accepting work that you are willing to donate 100% of funds raised.

Get ready to holler out through all your channels and invite you friends and followers to make this auction successful and support the Train evolving into new frontiers!

We will be using the platform Betterworld.org and you can choose to Auction your piece or offer it at your preferred value.

After you fill out the google form:

1. Create your personal Betterworld account here: https://betterworld.org/sign-up/individual/
2. To submit your work for selection go here: https://visiontrain.betterworld.org/donate-an-item
3. Once you click on the above link you will be prompted to type in an ‘item’ and this can be edited later, so just type ‘Painting’ or ‘Art Print’ etc, then click ‘Add to Offers’.
4. Title of work : edit this for correct title.
5. Short Description : example: acrylic on canvas, 11x14” hand signed & embellished.
6. Long Description : tell a story, where was it created and why this piece is unique
7. ​Estimated Value : how much do you think it is worth realistically? What is the Retail Value? ($1000 max.)
8. Location of Artwork?
9. Fulfillment Information: this is for shipping or getting the piece to its new owner later. (This should be filled out in the google form too).
10. On the next page in Betterworld you will be prompted to upload images of your piece. Make sure one of the images is of the full piece. Details are also encouraged.

We need you to fill out our google form to ensure inclusion: (see link above)

1. Make sure you list how much shipping will cost to send locally in your country or internationally.
2. Are you willing to donate 100% to the Vision Train? You will receive funds for shipping when your piece sells.
3. What is the minimum bid you want the auction to start at that you are willing to let your piece go for?​
