Mushroom Magic Exhibition Promotion
We are very excited to hit social media hard leading up to the opening event and throughout the month of September. Please review the following information carefully to help ensure the Mushroom Magic Exhibition is a huge success.
Objective: The objective of this strategy is to inform as many people as possible about the Mushroom Exhibition Opening and to keep the momentum going throughout the course of the month before it closes.

THANK YOU for your efforts to build out the facebook event! We have almost 2000 people that have responded interested or going. This week, we are asking everyone to do the following things to keep the momentum going through the opening event.
-Post in the event page on Facebook
-Continue posting DAILY on your story and tagging at least 5 other people to share.
-Continue sharing posts you are tagged in.
-Personal Invites to anyone that you want to make sure is there. Consider art appreciators, collectors, etc.
-Share the event page in at least 3 groups
-Share your time lapse videos, etc. We pushed announcements last week so this week you should focus on any other additional content that is relevant to the event.
-Share all official event announcements as they are released including featured guests, trip schedules, and the countdown graphics.

General Tips
1. Wait to share your Mushroom Painting. It is ok if you have already posted it, but for those of you that haven’t it is best to post videos, close ups, and teasers, and save the entire piece for the big day.

3. Build Excitement and Anticipation. Over the next two weeks, use the videos talking about your painting, close up footage, time lapse videos, etc. to keep the conversation going.
4. Always tag the event page when promoting the exhibition on Facebook so people know where to go for more details.
5. TAG & Support each other! Sharing everyone’s content will help get the word out. Keep the momentum going by liking and commenting on everyone’s posts. ALWAYS TAG AT LEAST 5 OTHER ARTISTS in your stories so it is easy for those people to reshare.

- Promote the schedule and individual offerings.
